By visiting a good website and giving the website the correct information the person will have a better chance of getting the math tutor they are looking for.The first thing to understand is that finding a good online math tutor can be very difficult and there are many options available in the marketplace. When looking for a tutor, a number of things should be considered before making a decision. Some factors such as the experience and reputation of the tutor will play a big part in the final decision.A good tutor will have a number of different abilities that will allow him or her to teach different students at different levels. You need to be certain that you can get along with the tutor before agreeing to sign a contract. After all, a good teacher should be someone that is willing to learn as well as to work with the student.A good tutor should also be able to offer several different programs to help the student. Depending on the level of learning a student needs, this could mean different programs. Some of the program elements include more hands on work while others involve less. These different programs will also affect the time a student spends on the math tutor online. To find a tutor the person is working with, it is important to be sure that the tutor has met the necessary requirements. A tutor will often offer a free lesson for a student to see how they work with the tutor. This can help to determine whether or not the tutor is someone that can work with the student on a regular basis.

Is Physics Easier Than Chemistry?
Is Physics Easier Than Chemistry? While math and science are essential for success in the competitive world of business, many people think that they're not as hard as physics. This is one of the primary reasons why they can't learn how to read calculus until they're four or five years out of high school. Physics may seem easy because they may think that it's the only subject they need to know or because they've seen a kid do well in physics class, but in reality, physics is actually very difficult and more difficult than chemistry and in some cases, even harder than algebra. The reason why physics is so difficult is because it has no answer to everything. It doesn't have a method for determining whether you are at rest or if you are accelerating. Even though you can always determine whether you are accelerating or not with Newton's law of gravity, there is still no simple way to tell when you are at rest. With gravity, there is always the possibility that you could be moving at rest.Ch emicals are much easier to understand because they have answers to some of the most basic questions we need to answer about them. For example, we already know the answer to the question 'What is the mass of water?' and even if we don't, we can at least tell by the shape of the molecule.Chemistry is much harder because it has to deal with many different types of materials and elements. Some of the compounds in chemistry are too large to fit on a page or on a chemistry set. There is no such thing as a 'basic compound' in chemistry. When we talk about elements in chemistry, the key word is 'gaseous.' We want to discuss gases, liquids, solids, and what they do, but we also need to consider how these substances react with each other. Although we can tell you the mass of a molecule of helium by looking at it under a microscope, how it reacts with other molecules can be more complicated.Physics is also a subject where there is no set solution to what is or isn't true. There is never any rea l consensus as to what the right answers are, so you can never really become an expert in this field, which means that once you learn a few facts about how atoms, molecules, and atoms interact, there will always be something new to learn.Chemistry is much easier because it is based on experiment. You can see what happens when you combine something and test it in a lab setting to see what happens. You can look at a lump of metal and identify what metals exist.

Jennifer one-ups her own vocals during the eight-minute montage, while James stands in for Iggy Azalea in Trouble and channels R. Kelly in a fast-food drive-through. 3. Baby Ella Impersonates Elvis Adorable Ella Mae wasnt even two years old yet when she wowed the Internet with her rendition of Elvis Presleys An American Trilogy. The little girl doesnt just know the words; she also knows how to keep her act entertaining, with heart-melting Hi, Daddy asides and a drum-roll of her very own. Right before Elvis brings it home with a bombastic finale, she reminds us to Get ready! and plays the air drums like a rock star in training. 4. SketchShe Lip-Syncs Through the Decades This talented Australian comedy duo earned millions of international fans with their Mime Through Time singing in the car montage, which takes place in a parked car but spans decades of musical movements. They start by channeling the Andrews Sisters in throwback pompadours and military uniforms, then move onto iconic looks like Elvis Presleys rhinestone-studded jumpsuit and Beyoncés one-shouldered leotard. They even sing along to The Beatles as kidnapped flower girls, go grunge with some intense Nirvana air guitar, and take everything off as Miley Cyrus. 5. Greg James Taylor Swift Lip Sync Blank Space Even talented singers cant resist the fun of lip syncing! Here, British radio DJ and TV presenter Greg James takes Taylor Swift on an entertaining commute remember, the more expressions and hand gestures you do, the better (drivers, keep your hands on the wheel!). 7. A Cappella Sweet Child O Mine If youve ever seen the movie Step Brothers, you probably remember this scene, in which actor Adam Scotts fictional family takes on an a cappella version of Sweet Child O Mine. Just remember, cut the negative talk! Singing the car should be fun, not full of pressure! 8. Drive-Through Mash-Up by Andie Case Who needs a radio when you have a guitar and a couple of amazing singers? YouTube star and singer-songwriter Andie Case first went viral with her mash-up of Me My Broken Heart / Lonely No More, in which she and her band bring the stage to the car. In this video, she returns with a mash-up of Want To Want Me and I Want You To Want Me by Jason Derulo Cheap Trick. 9. Cruising Cop Shakes it Off The car singalong that started it all wasnt even staged. Police departments issue dashboard cameras for serious reasons, but the only serious thing about this video is the amount of dedication this on-duty cop puts into his lip-syncing routine. Officer Jeff Davis is happy to keep cruising for crime, as he shakes off the haters and puts his whole body into a Taylor Swift singalong. His enthusiasm took the Internet by storm. Songs to Sing in the Car Feeling inspired? Although some of the best car karaoke is often an impromptu thing, longer road trips call for a perfectly-crafted road trip playlist songs you can sing along to, dance along with, and all-around make a fool of yourself. Nows not the time to be shy! Nervous about unrolling the windows and sharing your voice with fellow drivers at that red light? Working with a singing instructor can help you improve your voice, whether youre blasting Joan Jett or Miley Cyrus (no judgement). As you head from one destination to the next, music will transform your mood and make memories good enough to go viral just like these epic examples of singing in the car. 5 Strategies for MCAT Practice Tests
5 Strategies for MCAT Practice Tests Most authorities on MCAT preparation will agree that one of the most important ways to prepare for the exam is through practice exams and practice questions. However, simply practicing without a formal structure or objective will not result in a significant score increase. Below are five key tactics for getting the most out of your practice as you study for the MCAT. 1. Time yourself Though it may be difficult to complete exams or question sets under time constraints when you first begin your MCAT review, it is vitally important to strictly time yourself while you practice. If you dont time yourself, you run the risk of developing time-wasting habits. When it comes time to take the actual exam, these bad habits can prevent you from having enough time to attempt all the questions on test day. Work on your time management from day one and you can expect that it will become easier to finish the test in time as you get further along in your review process. Here is a great resource to help you manage your time during MCAT prep. 2. Use the strategies that work best for you Review books, professors, tutors, and online sources will all present you with a variety of specific test-taking strategies for the different sections of the test. In reality, almost all of the credible strategies are beneficial, but certain strategies work better for certain people.Use practice exams and questions to experiment with different test-taking methods. At the halfway point of your review period, you should be able to identify the strategies that give you the best results. Spend the second half of your prep period practicing and perfecting these particular strategies. 3. Learn from your mistakes This should form the foundation of your thinking toward practice questions and exams. Use them to not only evaluate yourself, but also to learn. When going over your results, carefully read over every question and answer. For questions you answered incorrectly, spend some extra time pinpointing what facts you need to know to ensure that you dont get that question wrong in the future. Keeping a running list of these facts is extremely helpful, and reading over them in the days leading up to the exam is a high-yield review. Here are some great free MCAT practice teststo help you prepare. 4. Learn from your successes Just like you can learn from the questions you answered incorrectly, you should also make it a point to solidify material from the questions you got right. When reviewing the questions you answered correctly, take note of why the other answer choices were incorrect, and make sure you didnt only get the question right because of a lucky guess. If that is the case, treat that question like you got it wrong and write down the facts you need to know to get it correct in the future. 5. Alter your study schedule based on your results One of the greatest benefits of completing practice sets and exams starting day one of your review is that your results will allow you to continuously monitor and improve your study plan. After each week of your prep period, look back on all the practice questions youve completed. Keep track of your scores for each section (Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Verbal Reasoning). If you seem to be struggling with one section more than others, devote more time to studying that particular section the following week. Also, take a look at specific subjects within each section (e.g. organic chemistry, thermodynamics, physiology, etc.). Thoroughly assess your performance and alter your study schedule accordingly. With these five tips in hand, you should easily be able to get the most out of every practice question you complete. Coupled with thorough review of the subject matter, you should be well on your way to an excellent MCAT score.
What is Salary Sacrifice and How Can It Save Money - Introvert Whisperer
Introvert Whisperer / What is Salary Sacrifice and How Can It Save Money - Introvert Whisperer What is Salary Sacrifice and How Can It Save Money? Salary sacrificing is a common term you might have come across during your employment. Also known as salary packaging, itâs a popular method of saving money by making purchases from your salary before itâs taxed. Sacrificing your salary isnât a new concept for employees, but many people are misguided in believing itâs too hard or not worth organising. While there are many myths about salary sacrifice, lowering your taxes and arranging clever payment plans are just some of the benefits employees can profit from. What is Salary Sacrifice? Salary sacrifice is an arrangement between you and your employer, where you can reduce your salary in exchange for the same value in a variety of purchases, known as âbenefitsâ. Employers may offer the option of a salary sacrifice to attract new employees or as an incentive to increase productivity. The advantage of salary sacrificing is that it lets you reduce your income before itâs assessed for taxation, allowing you to purchase goods or services that you would normally buy, while reducing your tax bill. Products like cars and computers, as well as services such as childcare or voluntary superannuation contributions can all be salary sacrificed, although they each come with different conditions. How Does It Work? When organising a salary sacrifice with your employer, itâs best to draft a written agreement as it will clearly establish the terms and conditions for both parties. Once agreed upon, your employer will deduct a nominated portion of your income before each pay cycle, which will then be spent on the arranged benefits. The remaining amount of your pay will then be taxed and deposited into your account as usual. Salary sacrificing must be arranged before you begin earning your salary for that payment period and cannot be retrospective. Salary sacrifice normally benefits the employee more than the employer, as the employer will be charged with administrative and other fees. In Australia, your employer must pay Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) on certain types of benefits. The value of these benefits will be recorded and will contribute to assessing your Medicare levy surcharge, tax offsets and eligibility for Government benefits. What Can You Salary Sacrifice? Depending on your employer, almost any product, service or purchase can be paid for with a salary sacrifice. Benefits will fall into one of three main categories. Fringe Benefits: This category is for benefits that will appear on your tax summary and which your employer must pay FBT on. It is the broadest category and includes options such as: Salary sacrifice cars Car loans Health Insurance School fees Childcare fees Personal expenses Benefits that are a part of this category, but will not appear on your end of year payment summary are known as ânon-reportable fringe benefitsâ and can include entertainment and car parking. Exempt Benefits: These benefits are associated with providing a useful function to your work. Your employer will not have to pay FBT on these benefits and they will not be recorded on your yearly tax summary. They can include: Computer software Tools of the trade Briefcases Portable electronic devices, such as laptops or phones Protective clothing Superannuation: Salary sacrificed employee contributions to your superannuation will be taxed by your super fund at 15%, which can be much lower than your normal tax rate. Sacrificing into super can also benefit employers, as they do not have to pay FBT on this benefit. Employers are more likely to offer the option of salary sacrificing into superannuation than other benefits, as it is a relatively simple process with fewer fees. Make sure to check with your employer about what benefits they are willing to offer. Salary Sacrificing Your Car Salary sacrificing is one of the best ways to finance larger and delayed purchases such as a car. In whatâs known as a novated lease, you can arrange to lease a car of your choice from a car company and have your employer manage payments from your pre-tax salary. A novated lease package on a car can also include running costs such as registration, fuel, maintenance and insurance. Not only does this make owning a new car much simpler and more affordable, deductions for the lease all take place before the final calculation of your tax, allowing you to save money at tax time with a lower salary. Rational Equation Online Tutoring - Homework Help
Rational Equation Online Tutoring - Homework Help An algebraic expression is an expression written using numbers variables and constants. Rational expression is an algebraic expression written in p(x) / q(x) form. The condition for the rational expression is the denominator cannot be equal to zero i.e. q(x) 0. The rational equation can be solved using different mathematical properties such as multiplicative property, associative property, additive inverse multiplicative inverse and many more. Example 1: Solve the given rational equation 3x/(x + 2) - 1 = 5/(x+2). Solution: Given is the equation 3x/(x + 2) - 1 = 5/(x+2). Here the left had side has the equation 3x/(x + 2) - 1. Take the common denominator that will be (x + 2) 3 x /(x + 2) - (x + 2) / (x + 2) = (3 x - x - 2)/(x+2) = (2 x - 2)/ (x + 2). This gives: (2 x - 2)/ (x + 2) = 5/(x+2). The denominator on both sides is (x + 2) equating the numerators. This gives: 2 x - 2 = 5. Add 2 on both sides. This gives 2 x = 7. Divide both sides of the equation by 2. Therefore. x = 7/2. Example 2: Solve the given rational equation 6x/(x + 10) = 1. Solution: Given is the equation 6x/(x + 10) = 1. Multiply both sides of the equation by x+10. This give 6x = x+ 10. Subtracting both sides of the equation by x. 5x = 10. Divide both sides of the equation by 5. Therefore. x = 2.
The Benefits of Online Tuition
The Benefits of Online Tuition Here at Tutorfair, we are seeing more lessons than ever before taking place online - making up to 50% of Tutorfair lessons, on some days! For some clients and tutors, online tuition can seem like a strange method of teaching at first. We asked one of our top tutors, Jim R, to share his experience tutoring online... Iâve been working as a tutor for TutorFair for around five years and recently completed teacher training. I was lucky enough to be employed, after a rewarding PGCE year in London state schools, by Wellington College â" one of the UKâs leading independent boarding schools. My wife and I had to relocate to Crowthorne, which was exciting in one sense as we were beginning a new rural chapter in an idyllic setting within a rich academic community. In another, it felt a shame as I would no longer be able to tutor in person. I loved my time as an âon callâ tutor in London and I was apprehensive about the effectiveness of online communication as a means through which to tutor English lessons â" how would I build rapport? How would I use educational resources imaginatively and interactively? Would it feel too clinical, impersonal, detached? I have since found online tutoring to be equally â" if not more â" effective. As far as building a warm and constructive relationship with tutees go, I feel thereâs an advantage to having the session âbroadcastâ as it can lend a more performative element to the job. While there can be no substitute for hard work to progress tutees, being able to make your tutees laugh can be transformative as far as learning goes, and the fact the session is framed by a face in close up does appeal to tutees and tutors (like this one) who arenât strangers to an opportunity for judiciously timed silliness. There has been no change to the effective use of resources; in fact, itâs more straightforward if the internet is a mid-session click away. I can ask parents to email me teacher instructions well ahead of the session if thereâs specific school-work that they would like covered, but I can also email specific texts or exercises with a weekâs (or more) notice to mums and dads so tutees have hard copies ready well in advance, should this be necessary. Saying this, printing can be done away with entirely if the online session is run through Google Hangouts â" the screen can be shared, meaning homework or resources can be worked on collaboratively without recourse to hard copies. Online tuition suits busy parents better as their time commitment is far reduced as disruption to family life is minimised. Thereâs no letting me in, finding a space, letting me out. I can email feedback and take up only as much time as the session demands. Thereâs also peace of mind as parents can see exactly how many minutes Iâve spent online. The session is pure tuition, small talk is reduced and, as a consequence, there is value for money. Of course none of this precludes lengthy conversations with parents if they are needed. Another major bonus of this form of tutoring is that itâs possible to be anywhere in the world and still receive tuition. I have worked with many families who value consistency and routine in their childâs education and who prefer to keep tuition ticking over during longer holidays or where itâs necessary to re-locate for a time. I worked with an American family who were on a tour of the world together for a year, they kept up tuition in creative writing with their two boys throughout the trip. Needless to say I was often struck by the curious locations the boys Skyped from â" jungles, beaches and â" perhaps most unusually â" the Arctic circle! If youâre considering online tuition, but are yet undecided, I would be happy to chat to you about the process. What an age to be alive! Jim R is one of our top English tutors.
